A highlight of Vinsak’s exhibit will be the demonstration of its Universal Slitter and Rewinder (USAR) equipped with two inkjet systems. One system will be used for printing QR codes for “Connected Packaging,” while the other will feature a “High Build system” for tactile varnishes and foils on labels and packaging. The USAR offers various options, including slitter rewinders, die cutting, semi-rotary die-cut, and 100% inspection/inkjet systems, which can be tailored to meet customer requirements. Driven by servo motors, the equipment can operate at speeds up to 300 meters per minute and features an HMI display for easy job setup.
In addition to showcasing its products, Vinsak emphasizes tailored solutions for customers and not just product promotion. To further support its customers, Vinsak has established Secure Print for Operations & Maintenance, a dedicated service company aimed at providing comprehensive support for its products.
